Shipping your order

All orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail as soon as possible.  Since I am only one person running this shop alongside my freelance work + I print the orders as I receive them~ please allow up to a week for the item to be shipped out.  In most cases your order will ship out the very next day, but sometimes during large sales or the holidays I can fall just a few days behind.

International orders are welcome here! I also ship them through usps, but flat rate priority whenever possible.

If you would like extra things like insurance or rush delivery please contact me via e-mail with what you would like to order, your location, and what extra you need~ I will be able to work out an invoice for you outside the store that way.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the mail.

 

The goods

All sales are final.  Please understand that colors you see on your monitor may not be exactly what you receive due everyone's settings being a bit different, cant be helped.  Also please understand that many (if not all) items may have small variations due to the fact they are handmade or small-run produced pieces~

 

Artist Prints

Currently in my studio I use two different printers, and as of 4/30/2009 both use archival ink~ in the past only the 13x19" and gallery prints had archival ink.  My 5x7" prints are printed using high quality Claria ink, while my gallery/giclee/canvas prints are made using an even higher (and more expensive) ink called K3 on a processional grade large format printer.  Even though they are made with archival quality ink that prevents fading, please keep them out of direct sunlight~ that's never a good thing for art

Since I print out of my studio, if you have a special request for a unique size or print of something I do not offer in the store sometimes I can help you out with that!  Feel free to drop me a line and I will see what I can do!
